###### 1.2 Biometric Data (Face Data)

The App uses facial verification solely for attendance purposes, as required by the user’s organization.

- Capturing a facial image at the time of verification
- Generating a secure biometric template (embedding)

Important:

- Facial photos are **not stored**
- Only a secure biometric template is retained
- Biometric data is not used for advertising or marketing
- Biometric data is not sold or shared with third parties

- Verify attendance
- Prevent fraud or impersonation
- Maintain organizational attendance records
- Ensure system security and reliability
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

- A clear in-app disclosure is presented before biometric processing
- Explicit user consent is obtained
- Camera access does not occur without consent

Proceeding with a selfie constitutes acknowledgment and consent to this Privacy Policy.

- Facial images are not stored
- Biometric templates are retained only while the user is associated with the organization
- Data is deleted upon account termination or lawful request
